Don' blame the fact that I am an 80's baby but this joint goes in hard. Rae in his best form, Ghostface delivery and Meth's flow & swag outshined his crew members on this one. This again proves beyond any resonable doubt why WU TANG still remains the best Rap Group in the History of Hip Hop. With that said, I am crowning this my "Anglohili Video Of The Week".

WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION RAISES THE SWINE FLU PANDEMIC ALERT LEVEL TO 4.

This is scary I have to admit. I did my research on this and found out the worst cases was the Hong Kong Flu back in 1968 which killed 1 Million people and the Spanish Flu back in 1918 which killed over 100 million people. My intention here is not to make anyone panic, but this is a serious threat.

26 PEOPLE KILLED BY MUNGIKI IN KENYAN VIOLENCE

The killings took place a few meters from the Wamuthambi River that divides Nyeri East and Kirinyaga West where villagers have killed at least 14 suspected Mungiki members who they accuse of extorting money from households, traders and matatu operators.
Distressed villagers could only watch in horror as Central Provincial Commissioner Japhter Rugut and the entire security team inspected the bodies that were later transferred to Karatina Hospital Mortuary.
The attack is the worst incident to have occurred in the area in the recent past in Mungiki related killings.
The outlawed sect is notorious for extorting money from matatu crew, collecting protection fees, kidnapping and murder.
This is really sad. Our condolences go out to the families who lost their loved ones.

DJ Dona pushes tracks other DJ's are scared of playing. Do your homework and you will find out, some joints that Dona drops on his tapes, become street hits after 6 months or even a year!! He takes the risks never afraid of the consequences. When I first heard "BADO NIMESOTA" mixtape, I knew dude won't leave the game any time soon. Well looks like it's going to be a busy summer. K-Nel has been announced to perform alongside Jua Kali in Finland coming June for a charity event. Give props to who deserves them and Jua Kali is one artist who we have witnessed grow to the heights of becoming a successful Genge Artist. Bidii yangu is my favorite tracks of all time and I was waiting for a second track that can bring back those "Bidiii Yangu " spirits. Although it took a minute, it happened at last when I heard Bongo La Biashara for the first time.
The beat is on point; Jua Kali's flow was on point; but it was the featured Artist who made "Bongo La Biashara" really shine. Mejja spit some sick lines I found myself replaying his verse over and over again. Mejja killed it and am a say, dude got talent. With no disrespect to Jua Kali, Mejja outshined Jua in this collabo. Sources informed us the origin of the hate is simply because Dj Dona ignored his tracks to be featured on Dona's Ishike mixtapes. Since then dude simply hates on everything Dona posts on blogs. JIM JONES DOCUMENTARY: HOW ROCAFELLA BROKE UP.

As a hip hop fan am admit Rocafella was my favorite Hip Hop Crew, not to mention one of the greatest. This camp had lyrical spitters that would jump on every snake trying to bite. I will never forget when Jay-Z and the whole camp invaded Hot96 FM on the Funk Master Flex show and dropped freestyles that freezed the whole globe. In my opinion, Beanie Siegel and Freeway were the best emcees with punchlines strong enough to knock down an elephant. Rocafella breaking down was one of the saddest thing in hip hop history.

We told you folks 2009 is gonna be the Anglohili Year. The industry is full of doubting Thomases but this doesn't hinder us from doing what we do best: history! Yesterday the K-Nel Anglohili Bollywood tour was confirmed and will kick off on the 20.07.09. The tour will take place in Chenai/India. A hip hop entertainment company named "pure black" is lounging it's enterprise and K-Nel will be the headliner for all the shows. This time it's not about Arab Money.......we making Bollywood money!!

I do my research and came across this articls about the history of Homeboyz. Homeboyz radio has off late helped push K-Nel's tracks to the public and therefore we decided to give them a shout out.
Founded by three brothers Alph, Mike and John (also known as DJ John), Homeboyz is a name known to many. What I like is the fact that the Rabar brothers have steered this to become a multi-million enterprise. According to Alph, the group has 12 companies, including the Homeboyz DJ School, Homeboyz Music Technology Academy, Homeboyz Activate and HP TV that produces commercials, Homeboyz Animate Company, Homeboyz Soundtrax, Homeboyz Events, the now famous Homeboyz Radio and Homeboyz Power Radio — a gospel station they launched recently.´They have even struck a multi-million deal with Warner brothers to create a Kenyan Game featuring characters like Jua Kali and Wyre.
The latest addition to the Homeboyz Group, and one that surprised many people, is the H20 Beverages Company. Just a month ago, they bought one of the biggest fully automated water plants in the country — the 10,000 square-metre Haha Water Factory in Athi River for over Sh100 million. In other words, the sky is the limit.

FIGHT CLUB BATTLE GRAND FINALE!!!!!

When I heard back then that Arsenal will take part on this battle, all I did say was the kid is a problem. And yes he is!!! I have heard Arsenal spit on various cyphers with the likes of Lenox Lux, Serious Jones,Murder Mook, Ace etc and in my opinion Arsenal is a lyrical beast with well crafted punchlines.
What he did to his opponent on this battle was not even fair, especially the second round. Pay attention and watch Dame's reaction. Although he didn't finish off the third round like the previous ones, that was enough to make him get the crown and get the 50 stacks. The jury called for an extra round and Arsenal spit a recycled verse which I watched him spit last week against Tech 9. No ill feelings, but this was a smart move. Arsenal deserved that victory. Is he good enough though to make hit records?

K-NEL "MBELE TU SANA" VIDEO LAUNCH EVENT A HISTORICAL MOMENT

We want to thank all those who turned up yesterday at this event. This was a historical moment so we decided to leak few details. The event was hosted by yours truly Metaphysics, Tony Tone and Wasu at Coffee Replay in Wuppertal. It all started well when K-Nel stepped in the venue. Metaphysics did what I would define as a "honourable welcome speech" announcing "Ladies and Gents, Kenya's number one recording Artist K-Nel has just entered the building. Give it up for K-Nel". The crowd reacted with a loud applause.
Shortly after midnight, K-Nel took over the stage accompanied by his Stars limit signee Beezy. There were bunch of Kenyans around to our suprise and even before K-Nel started his show, the Kenyans were yelling "Obama, Obama" for like 5 minutes. After a short introduction with the words "I go by the name of K-Nel and am proud to be African", K-Nel kicked off with his legendary freestyle "Obama Swagger". It was on and the crowd's reaction can't be described in words. He stopped the music and spit the lines acapella: K-Nel is in the building, akili ni mali kushida Bill Gates billions/Dunia mzima sasa inaimba Obama, Inaimba Obama..../ The crowd lost it!! K-Nel went ahead and introduced Beezy to the people as Stars Limit new Artist and immediately performed Beezy's new single ft K-Nel "When We Ride".
To flip the script, K-Nel announced "Am a play you something really African" and went ahead to perform Tingiza. Ladies went wild doing exactly what K-Nel said "Tingiza, we manzi Tingiza". They shaked so hard that even glasses were felling off the tables due to the ground shaking.He then concluded the show by performing "Mbele Tu Sana". The hook was so catchy that the people (even the white people) were singing along lol.
After K-Nel's showcase, an open M.I.C session took place and this reminded me of the slaughter house. Metaphysics, Calprit, Wasu, Tony Tone, K-Nel, AL and few female emcees took over the stage and what followed was a lyrical session I will never forget. These crowd simply recorded 1 whole album on stage. Simply sick.
